Time to Shine Preschool is a half-day academic preschool that started in August 2011 in the Cary/Apex area. Our goal is to instill a love of learning in each of our students through a challenging curriculum, fun activities, and plenty of praise! We fill our mornings with language arts, math, science, art, music, games, puzzles, and free play.
At Time to Shine Preschool, we understand that each child is unique and therefore has a unique way of learning. We believe that what works for some children simply will not work for others, and we use many different teaching methods and learning tools to ensure that each child adequately understands the information.
Because we want each student to have individual attention and care, we have a student to teacher ratio of 8:1 with a total enrollment of 24 students.
Time to Shine Preschool is now enrolling 4 and 5 year old children for the pre-kindergarten class and 3 year old children for the threes class. Please contact us for more information or to come in for a tour.
We are located at 1867 Lake Pine Drive in Cary, right on the Cary/Apex border near the La Mexican Restaurant and Apex Kroger on Hwy 64.
I am really happy to send my daughter to this Preschool, She is 5 now, the teachers are really really good, have great nurturing qualities.The curriculum for the school is awesome,like each week has a theme and lot of practical learning goes on for the kids.I highly recommend this school, and my daughter loves it...
I love, love, love this preschool. The teachers are absolutely wonderful! They are so nurturing and my son loves going to school (which is no easy feat.) The curriculum covers everything they need to be prepared for Kindergarten—and more! I love that the owner is so in tuned to the parent’s needs. She sends detailed weekly updates on what the students are learning. She also takes pictures of the kids during class and shares them on Shutterfly so we can see how they are interacting with their peers. Love it!
My son loves going to school at Time To Shine Preschool. It is an academic based school combined with fun in learning. So happy with the progress my son has made from August to now. Highly recommend!
